the adventures of Miss Pia

Next year... we are venturing out and starting a pre-school (we being Christian Life Camps Bay, Serelda and myself)

I was super spoilt and a ticket was bought for me to head off to England to shadow Sandra AKA Mrs Case who runs a Christian School over there - woop woop - no complaints in my spoiltness!

This blog will be soley dedicated to the cuteness of the kids - :)

One boy- the resident drama KING !! my first day there his bus was late- the episode that came after was one for the books- his hand flew onto his forehead as he sighed and heavy breathed "the bus" ... "the bus" shaking his head - this was the introduction to this boy and his dramatics....
If the kids misbehaved or did something wrong the Teachers would say" oh no now you've made me sad - look my face is sad" -
so this boy... would at regular intervals ask "are you happy miss pia? are you happy?" awwww

Then there was another boy who found a dead rat in the play ground... he brought it to us and after learning about hibernation said "shhhhhh look miss pia its sleeping."

again two boys are wrestling out side all over eachother -
Pia "boys! no wrestling at school"
boys: "but miss Pia its not Wrestling ... its just a hearty rough and tumble"

we went for a walk through the forest... learning about disiduous and ever green trees - a kid comes up to me with a branch with some sort of red and black fungus on it - he was very concern as he passed me the stick and said "Miss Pia, this tree has Chicken pox"

another bunch of kids were playing in a castle out side ... so i went up to them and asked them
Pia "what you guys doing"
Kids "we're dinosaurs"
Pia "ohhh and what do dinosaurs do in this castle"
Kids: "we are making princesses!!"
other Kid: "yes and we're keeping the goodies AND the badies away"

so there are many many more... need to think - there will be more bloggings for kids hilariousness

A long time coming

Good day fellow people of the stalkerage variety

Loads of weeks, nay months since the last time I blogged and I have good reason- I've been in England and Elands bay (all the "e"'s ) oh and last but not least Mizpah for a youth camp - what a vibe - nothing like teenagers to remind you of those crazy emotional, hormonal years- ahhh the bliss of being in 20's (some where...- please no comments) haha

So in short England was amazing - I had every intention of blogging but then couldnt find the appropriate adapter - had some super funny cool times with the kiddies -

will blog a bit on it later...

for now just checking in - you know showing my face for those who thought i'd fallen off the edge of this planet.
also just to say- its WARM ... england was COLD here is WARM - no HOT NESS

so here is my HELLO I am alive
